For private use, Ferleon offers a 30 year guarantee on cast iron products starting on the purchase date. On all other Ferleon products we offer a 2 year guarantee starting on the purchase date. Are you experiencing an issue with your Ferleon? Does it not live up to the qualitative expectations during day-to-day household use? Contact our customer service team info@shop.ferleon.com with your proof of purchase. The latter is required to claim the warranty. The Ferleon quality team will investigate and assess your complaint. When the quality complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced for free after return at your cost. When the product is out of stock, Ferleon will offer you a similar product.

Damages caused by
non-compliance with the manual
incorrect use
normal wear
wear caused by frequent professional use
product damage caused by falling or bumping
incorrect storage of the product – discolouration caused by cleaning in dishwasher
defects caused by overheating
scratches on surface caused by incorrect use of cookware or incorrect cleaning
